• Allotment letters, possession letters, non-encumbrance status, transfer eligibility, dues, and boundary demarcation should be verified through the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (gmada.gov.in) and PUDA citizen service portal (puda.gov.in).
• Prospective buyers must ensure that all outstanding authority dues, transfer charges, and documentation formalities are accounted for in their budget.
