Prepare the property information first
A buyer can make a better decision when the owner has basic facts ready: exact location, property type, area, floor or plot dimensions, age, possession, parking, condition, photographs, expected price, ownership position, dues, loan status, and availability for visits. Missing information creates repeated calls and can make the property harder to compare.
The description should be honest about what is included, what needs repair, what is nearby, and which details still need professional confirmation. A clear owner enquiry is more valuable than a very high price attached to vague or exaggerated wording.
